The ranking of influential Odesites was compiled by journalists of the Southern Ukrainian Media Holding. ‘The full-scale war in Ukraine forces us to once again form the traditional influence ranking,’ the Media Holding in the introduction to the ranking.
‘Therefore, first and foremost among the laureates are our fellow countrymen who directly confront the enemy on the front line, are responsible for defense preparations, provide medical assistance to servicemen, rescue our citizens after enemy destruction, as well as ensure law and order and the functioning of state services and civil infrastructure, work on the region’s and country’s economy, help displaced people and the less fortunate survive difficult times.’
