Oleg KONONCHUK is an experienced manager, specialising in the implementation of innovative projects in the field of IT, e-commerce, telecommunications.
Innovation, economics and management are the main professional interests of Slots City CEO Oleg Kononchuk. Oleg received a degree in economics at Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD). For already more than 10 years he has been successfully implementing innovative projects in IT and e-commerce and telecommunications. Having contributed to the success of Dialoq, SuperDeal.ua, Pokupon.ua, Oleg has experience in both international and local projects.
In Slots City Oleg Kononchuk effectively manages ground-based gaming halls in three cities of Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia). The legal gambling market in Ukraine has just begun its work and Oleg has become one of the leaders in implementing civilized rules of responsible gaming. He is an active member of professional associations and unions. Among all Oleg promotes a proper educational campaign for Ukrainians, aimed to raise the awareness of the benefits of a civilized gambling market. “It is truly important not only to observe the principles of responsible gaming, but also to maintain the social responsibility of our companies in the territories and in front of the communities where our halls are located,” he emphasizes.
The introduction of licensed products, the verification of guests through the application “Diia”(Дія), the company’s responsibility to both visitors and employees – these were the main areas of Oleg’s work before the imposition of martial law. Thanks to his efforts, Slots City Hall was one of the first in Ukraine to vaccinate its staff. They also started PCR testing or the check of vaccination certificates upon the entrance to institutions.
At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Oleg announced on his Facebook page that Slots City had transferred UAH 1 million to the needs of the Armed Forces. “We urge everyone else to join in and assist our army at this difficult time! We believe in Ukraine, we believe in the president, we believe in the General Staff of the Armed Forces!”, he encouraged the readers.
He has been in IT since he was 16 and has occupied top positions in many high-tech projects.
Pavlo Hryshchenko graduated from the Faculty of Informatics at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, named after Igor Sikorsky,” but began working in IT long before graduating from university – at the age of 16. Since then, he has held key positions in many high-tech projects, from the first satellite digitization of maps to setting up IT security and building networks and servers in strategically important government agencies. Call centers, databases, and the latest technological developments – all this and more have been a field of Paul’s professional expertise for the past 18 years.
His platform Slots City.UA became the first online casino in Ukraine to start identifying players through the Ukrainian state’s digital application “Дiя” (“Action”). Since the beginning of the Slots City Foundation, even before the large-scale invasion of our country, Pavlo actively developed the Foundation’s environmental projects. He co-sponsored the Partnership for International Environmental Action “Planting Trees by a Million of people in One Day,” which was included in the Book of Records of Ukraine. “Responsible attitude to business and society is the DNA of our organization. The same attitude to the planet’s ecology is no less critical than a responsible attitude to business,” Pavlo says.
With the beginning of martial law, Pavlo joined the volunteer movement: he works with the information troops of Ukraine and provides systematic assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March, the casino transferred UAH 1 million to the Armed Forces. It later began transferring about UAH 500,000 a month to help individual units of the Armed Forces and the Special Operations units. Pavlo works directly with Ukrainian defenders and assists many of them personally, being especially active with the Separate Reconnaissance battalion and the 228th Battalion of Territorial Defense of Kharkiv. He works closely with “Odessa cuisine” – a company that feeds up to 650 Odessa defenders and other members of the armed forces who are now defending our land in the Tavriya region.
“People who do not want to feed their army will feed the invading armies,” Pavlo quotes Napoleon’s famous words. “We are happy to feed our army today, and every day we work together for the victory of Ukraine – each in his place,” – stresses the Member of the Supervisory Board of Slots City Foundation and a true patriot Pavlo Grishchenko.

Major competence of Stanislav Andreev is marketing and everything related to it, primarily digital marketing. Stanislav has been working in this area for 10 years now on top positions in big Ukrainian companies: Foxtrot, Citrus. His big advantage in this area is a sound background in psychology which he studied in the Zaporizhia National University. He also possesses experience in the marketing director position in Ukrainian and foreign fintech companies Dinero and UkrPozyka.
As director of the Slots City Foundation, Stanislav inspires and oversees the strategy and implementation of the foundation’s charitable programs.
Thus the Slots City Foundation one of the first in the Ukrainian gambling market to transfer part of its win for charity. The first project of the Slots City Foundation – partnership support of the International Environmental Action on planting 1 million trees in one day entered the Guinness Book of records (for facilitation in reaching the record in planting the trees by one million of people). The Slots City casino was the first to start authorization of clients via ‘Diia’ online service. ‘Actually the Slots City is the first actor in Ukrainian market who started to work in full compliance with the legislation’, Stanislav said.
With the introduction of the martial law Stanislav together with his colleagues organized a series of volunteering projects in information resistance against the occupants. Together with his team in the City Slots he organized systemic support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From early March Stanislav manages the patriotic initiative: Slots City launched a fundraising campaign to help the army. Each month the casino provides almost 200,000UAH to assist individual battalions and detachments of the Army and the Special Operations Forces as well as for the catering of servicemen.
‘Before the war we used to say that the gambling market in Ukraine was non-political. This is standard situation for any responsible business which cares for its clients and provides European level of service. The war has proved that our business is non-political, but definitely patriotic one. From the first days of the full-scale invasion we try to support the army with finance, expertise, information resistance and humanitarian projects. We will do everything possible to bring our victory closer and to help people to survive through these dark times. This is one of the aims of the Slot City Foundation during the martial law period’, Stanislav said.
We will review and answer it soon! Glory to Ukraine! Glory to heroes!
