The assistance of the army from the volunteers of the Slots City Foundation exceeded 142 million hryvnias
In November, volunteers of the Slots City Foundation delivered new and refurbished cars, drones and batteries for them, boats, special equipment, charging stations, and aid to hospitals and foreign legionnaires to the front. Deliveries went to the National Guard fighters, Special Operations Forces, Joint Forces Operation, the Separate Ivan Bohun Brigade, marine drone brigades, as well as various Troops and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Assistance was also provided to internally displaced persons and those affected by the war. In November, the Foundation’s volunteers contributed 7,211,179 hryvnias in aid, and in total, during the Foundation’s operation, it reached 142,213,549 hryvnias.
“Our main programs involve the procurement and repair of vehicles, a large-scale program for the purchase and repair of drones, as well as a repair station for naval equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” says Artem Stohniy, director of the Slots City Foundation. “Our Foundation develops all these programs with partners—the best professionals in their field. With the volunteers and friends of the Foundation, we work daily on direct requests from defenders—searching for and delivering equipment, specialized gear, medicines,” he added.
Specifically, in November, friends and volunteers of the Foundation delivered to defenders:
Drones:
- 2 DJI Mavic 3,
- 10 FPV drones,
- 40 batteries for FPV drones,
- drone repairs.
Specialized equipment for various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
- 2 Hyundai H1 cars,
- Iveco truck,
- Nissan Navara car,
- Gaz-66 car,
- Hyundai Terracan car,
- 2 watercraft,
- special equipment for the National Guard, Special Operations Forces, and Troops,
- 10 Banderapower charging stations for Troop units, Joint Forces Operation, and Special Operations Forces,
- purchased tires,
- repaired 4 cars.
Military gear:
- purchased anti-mine boots.
Support for hospitals and clinics:
- provided assistance to hospitals for surgeries for military personnel,
- purchased medicines.
Targeted assistance:
- charitable contributions for foreign volunteers,
- charitable contribution to the laboratory for free drone repairs for the military,
- humanitarian aid to internally displaced persons and war-affected individuals.
Overall, during the Foundation’s operation, volunteers have delivered to the military approximately 1000 refurbished and nearly 500 new drones (including more than 300 FPV), 72 cars (including those with contributions from partner volunteers), 158 charging stations, 59 PNB/thermal imagers, 57 Starlinks. The total amount of assistance from volunteers during the Foundation’s operation exceeded 142 million hryvnias.
