New and refurbished drones, vehicles, and watercraft: Slots City Foundation volunteers raised a record-breaking 39 million hryvnias in aid for the military in October

“In October, new and refurbished drones, vehicles, watercraft, military equipment and gear, thermal imagers, starlings, charging stations, and boilers went to the front from the volunteers of the Slots City Foundation. The aid, totaling a record-breaking 39,761,744 hryvnias, was received by fighters of the National Guard, Special Operations Forces, various Tactical Groups, and units of the Armed Forces. Overall, the volunteers’ aid during the Foundation’s operation has exceeded 130 million hryvnias.

“The main programs of our Foundation focus on aiding the army. Every month, we procure new boats, cars, drones for the military,” says Artem Stohniy, director of the Slots City Foundation. “But for the military, equipment is consumable. Hence, we actively develop the direction of repairs, including trophy armored vehicles. Together with workshops, we give a second life to machinery, providing the frontline with rapid and reliable updates,” he added.

Among the aid prepared and delivered by friends and volunteers of the Foundation last month were:

Drones for the 38th Separate Maritime Battalion, Special Operations Forces, various Tactical Groups, and units of the Armed Forces:

• 23 DJI Mavic 3,
• 263 FPV drones of various modifications,
• drone repairs.

Specialized equipment for various units of the Armed Forces:

• 11 watercraft,
• 2 Nissan Navara pickups,
• Hyundai H-1 minibus,
• Nissan Bluebird sedan,
• Gaz-66,
• 2 boilers for a military unit,
• 10 charging stations for Tactical Groups and Air Defense Brigades,
• equipment repairs.

Military gear for Troops, Special Operations Forces, the 38th Separate Maritime Battalion, and National Guard fighters:

• 17 rescue vests,
• 4 thermal imagers,
• 4 binoculars,
• military equipment and gear.

Support for hospitals and clinics:

• funding for military operations,
• 10 flushing machines,
• medicines.

Targeted aid:

• charitable contributions from defender NGOs,
• charitable contribution to a laboratory for free drone repairs for the military,
• humanitarian aid for internally displaced persons.

Overall, during the Foundation’s operation, volunteers have provided the military with 446 drones (including 277 FPV), 62 vehicles (some with the assistance of partner volunteers), 148 charging stations, 59 NVGs/thermal imagers, and 57 starlings. The total aid provided by volunteers during the Foundation’s operation has exceeded 130 million hryvnias.
