The Slots City Foundation Starts a Volunteers’ Museum

The Slots City Foundation is starting to create a volunteers’ museum, which will include appreciation notes, chevrons, awards, and other symbolic gifts to volunteers from our heroes, as well as letters from the displaced people and reports from fellow volunteers who help the Foundation across the country.

Our volunteers received this symbolic flag of Ukraine signed by the heroes as gratitude from the Omega special unit. This special purpose unit of the National Guard of Ukraine protects our land from invaders and fights terrorism on the territory of Ukraine.

Next to the flag is an award from the Military Intelligence of Ukraine and a chevron from 35 separate brigade of marines named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrogradskyi.

Further on the shelves are chevrons and awards as well as thank-you notes from soldiers, sergeants, and officers of military units and headquarters. All of them Slots City Foundation received for the assistance that our friends and volunteers never tire to provide to the defenders.

“The commandment and personnel of the South resistance movement in the Ukrainian Volunteer Army express sincere gratitude to you for the significant volunteer assistance you provide for the successful defense against the Russian occupier…”

“The military unit expresses its respect and thanks for the unceasing support and selfless assistance to our brigade…”

“The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thank the Center for Combating Submarine and Subversive Forces and Means of Mine Defense for their personal contribution to the development of combat…”

With these symbolic gifts to volunteers from our heroes, the Foundation begins to form a museum. “It will also include letters from refugees, reports from colleagues who help us in different cities, as well as photos and awards received by our volunteers and friends of the Foundation”, says the director of the Foundation, Stanislav Andreev.

“At the same time, we started to digitize all these symbols, and over time, we will open a virtual exposition of the volunteer museum on the website of the Foundation. We appreciate the contribution of each volunteer to our common struggle on all fronts. Together we are bringing the Victory closer!”
